Fingernail polish & Lucy & Cali & a bad choice... Need I say more?!?!

I took this picture after I had already used 2 cotton balls of polish remover on her hands.

When I heard Lucy up from her nap, I went in to find her with an open bottle of fingernail polish and Cali in the room with her, with a really guilty look on her face. The polish was everywhere. Not only on Lucy's mouth, hands, feet & clothes (my favorite pair of baby gap jeans that she had on. ok, so I got them at goodwill for $2 but still, they were so cute!) but also her blankets. Oh, why do kids do these things??!! Needless to say, Cali sat in a 45 minute time-out. Who knows if that makes any difference but I had to make her sit there long enough for me to cool down a little.
I guess if I had put the polish away where it belonged (way up on the top shelf of the closet) this would not have happened. So, in the end, I could have prevented this. aarrrgggg.

Oh... I'm so sorry. That kind of thing has happened one too many times in my household. That being said, it made for some really cute pictures of Lucy!

hah.smile. you didnt say it got on the carpet which would be the only really not cute place to have the polish. time for a new brighter color anyways. last time I was at your house it was Trace and your makeup on the carpet, a while while ago.
